Zeus is our resident male American Bulldog. He has the luxury of being inside or outside but will chose running around with the kids outside every time.  He is dual registered with the NKC and CKC.  I am currently in the process

of adding a few more registries to his name.  Our boy Zeus is a great example of what an American Bulldog should be.  Zeus resembles the American Bulldog that John D. Johnson started leaning more towards in the late 90"s in that he has a bully head with a lean muscular body.  He has a great temperament.  He loves

to just relax and be with my two sons but when its time to get up and go hes always ready.  He enjoys fetch with the tennis ball, (although he doesn't always bring it back..haha) long walks, and rides in the car.  He is strong yet agile.  

While he is very friendly, he is also a great watch/guard dog.  Like an American Bulldog should be, Zeus is very protective and alert.  He is quick to let us know when someone has arrived at our home or if someone or something has ventured onto our property.  I have been considering starting Zeus in Schutzhund training.  I know that can be a hard task but I think he might be up for the challenge.
